Father Tashi and mother Dolma had worked very hard to give good education and nutritious food to their children. All of the children were very healthy, good looking and well-mannered. Are Tibetan women equally represented in the decision-making arena of the Central Tibetan Administration? By Tenzin Pema Introduction: Beginning from cradle to grave, female population has always been contributing a lot in the families in particular and the society at large. It is generally believed that in order to have a happy and successful society, it is utmost important and essential to make every family happy, healthy, prosperous and peaceful. In order to impress their parents and to gain extra love and affection, almost all the female children always try to excel in every field. They even learn to do household chores and also look after their younger siblings. All these small deeds bring lots of happiness and satisfaction to their parents. Generally, female offspring are second mother to their younger siblings, because they observe and see their mother’s ways of loving and caring her children and they are more or less trained at home in nurturing kids and they even try their gained knowledge during their mother’s absence. In that way, she even lightens the work-loads of mother at home.

The 29th 2008 Beijing Olympic: Incompatible to its spirit and symbol By Kunga Gyaltsen
In order to bring good image in the heart of World people, China wore various masks of lies and finally hosted the 29th Summer Olympic Games in 2008. China has even created every symbol and slogan especially for this Olympic Games. The concerned Chinese officials have immensely spread many messages with the Summer Olympics emblem entitled “Dancing Beijing” and some of them are: Dancing Beijing is Chinese Seal. It has been openly publicized that it is engraved with commitment made to the Olympic Movement by a country that has 56 ethnic groups and a population of 1.3 billion, but it is very vivid that the minority groups including Tibetans have not made any commitment. If the Tibetans have unanimously made any commitment to the Olympic Movement then they must have agreed to the Olympic torch relay to Tibet. But on contrary, the Beijing Olympic Torch Relay to Tibet has wounded the hearts of Tibetans and they had never welcomed the torch on the soil of Tibet. Therefore, the Dancing Beijing couldn’t fulfil that message.
